2. Warranty Period

12 months from the date your order is paid.

3. Products Not Covered

The following products are not eligible for warranty service:

  1. Refurbished products
  2. Shipping labels
  3. Shipping scales
  4. Sticker labels
  5. Label holders
  6. Products not officially sold by InkWon

4. Warranty Exclusions

During the warranty period, service will not be provided if damage is caused by any of the following:

  1. Accidental or external causes
    1. Incidental or consequential damages
    2. Pre-existing conditions before purchase
    3. Liquid damage, foreign objects entering the device, or exposure to extreme temperatures
    4. Electrical surges, fire, collision, vandalism, theft, or natural disasters (“acts of God”)
    5. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or using an improper power source
  2. Unauthorized modifications
    1. Changing or tampering with the serial number
    2. Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
    3. Failure to follow the manufacturer’s usage guidelines
  3. Cosmetic or non-functional issues
    1. Scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage to the enclosure, frame, or non-operational parts (such as trim or doors)
  4. Service limitations
    1. Preventive maintenance
    2. Damage not reported before the warranty period expires
    3. Costs associated with installing, removing, or reinstalling the product

5. Out-of-Warranty Repairs

If your product damage falls under the exclusions above or is outside the warranty period, you may still request repair service. In this case, the customer will be responsible for:

  • The full cost of repair
  • Any applicable shipping charges
